Destination and route type
VPNJT covers 110+ countries with 250+ routes. When choosing a region, first check where the service you want is available, then consider whether your usual tasks need a sustained connection or only brief access. Popular websites, AI tools and video platforms each have different requirements, and the same route may perform differently across services. The table below explains how to read regions and route types. City names are examples for identifying regions; see the user panel for currently available routes.
IEPL dedicated, routed and direct connections describe different ways a network path is organized. The name alone doesn’t guarantee that one route will be faster. Keep a preferred route for your target region and have an alternative ready. When troubleshooting, change one setting at a time: first confirm your local network works, then check the client connection status, and finally test the target website or player. This makes it easier to identify where the issue occurs.
| Country / Region | Example city | Example route type | Streaming access |
|---|---|---|---|
| Asia | |||
| Japan | Tokyo | IEPL dedicated route | Verify with actual playback |
| Singapore | Singapore | Routed connection | Check account region and platform rules |
| Hong Kong | Hong Kong | Routed connection | Verify with actual playback |
| Americas and Europe | |||
| United States | Los Angeles | Direct connection | Check content licensing region |
| Germany | Frankfurt | Direct connection | Verify with actual playback |

The figures below are illustrative route status references, not test results from your device. After choosing a route, verify the connection with the service you need to access. Your local network and time of use also affect the experience.
“Available in this region” and “playable with your account” are not the same thing on streaming platforms. For more on catalogs, video quality and error messages, read the streaming guide; see the AI guide for AI tool access rules.
Clients and subscriptions
Sign in to the user panel to get a subscription; an active plan is required to access the client download links. Marketing pages don’t provide installers or direct subscription links. For initial setup, check your device’s operating system, then open the client downloads section in the panel and follow the instructions for your platform. Configure the client again if you switch devices, and never share your subscription link on a public page or in a group.
The connection mode in your client determines which apps use the selected route. After importing your settings, test a familiar website first, then try an AI tool or streaming service. If your browser works but another app doesn’t, check whether it uses the system proxy, has kept an old connection, or needs a different client mode. For the full setup process, see the getting started guide. For account and connection issues, visit the Help Center.

If you use the service consistently and your monthly needs are fairly predictable, start by comparing the data allowances on monthly plans. If you use it less often and want unused data to remain available, consider a data pack. When choosing, factor in video streaming, file downloads and background activity across devices—not just how often you open the client. VPNJT monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days.
All monthly plans support unlimited simultaneous devices and come with a 60-day refund policy. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. No email required: create an account with a username and password, then view plans, orders and subscription details in the user panel. The cards below show monthly prices and included data only; they don’t make unverified claims about device counts or usage scenarios.
¥9.9 / month
60GB
Best for browsing, research and text-based tasks. If you stream video frequently, track your actual data use before deciding whether to change plans.
Example tier shown on the command card
¥18 / month
250GB
Best for switching between work, AI tools and streaming. If you use the same account on desktop and mobile, consider the combined data use for downloads and playback on both.
¥28 / month
500GB
Best for frequent video streaming and file transfers. High-resolution playback, background updates and ongoing downloads all use data; actual usage time depends on what you do online.
¥158 / 300GB · ¥358 / 1000GB · ¥658 / 3000GB
Data packs remain valid until used and never expire. The difference from a monthly plan is how the data is used; a data pack’s price should not be treated as the cost of a single month. If you use the service continuously, consider a monthly plan. If you only need it for occasional cross-border tasks, explore data packs based on your needs. Start by identifying your main tasks so you don’t focus on the total data allowance alone and overlook how often you use it.
For how to request a refund and the applicable terms, read the refund policy. To check an order or plan status, sign in to the user panel and review your records, then submit a ticket with details. Never post your account password or subscription link on a public page.

First understand how subscription links work with clients, then import your settings and verify the connection. If speeds are an issue, distinguish between your local network, selected route and target website. When comparing services, test on the same device and at similar times. The articles below cover subscription setup, account security and speed testing, helping you break a failed connection into issues you can check one by one.
VPNJT presents plan prices, region selection and account tools separately: compare data allowances on the plans page, learn about route categories on the servers page, and manage subscriptions and orders in the user panel. This makes it easy to confirm what you need before setup, while existing users can go straight to downloads or support tickets. The articles offer troubleshooting and selection methods; they don’t replace platform account rules or real-world access checks.
Learn how to get a subscription from the user panel and import or update it in clients across platforms. Find out what the link is for and how to keep it safe. If setup goes wrong, check the import steps first, then confirm the connection status. If the link is exposed, follow the options provided in the panel.
