Account & Subscription

Check your account, plan and configuration source before troubleshooting subscription imports or moving to another device. Keep your subscription link as carefully as you would a password.

What information do I need to create an account?

VPNJT does not require an email address. Create an account with a username and password. Once you enter the user panel, save your username and choose a password you don’t use on other sites. Creating an account does not activate a plan, so check your plan status in the panel before going to the client download and subscription pages. Sign out after using a shared device, and don’t let the browser save your login details. When submitting a support ticket, include your username and a description of the issue, but never share your password or full subscription link. These are account credentials, not information to disclose for troubleshooting.

Where can I find and update my subscription link?

Sign in to the user panel and find the subscription for your account in the subscription section. Import it using the method provided by your client. You can access your subscription after signing in; an active plan is required to access the client download page. Once imported, update the subscription configuration in your client to refresh the route list instead of repeatedly creating new configurations. Before updating, make sure you can access the panel. Afterward, check that the selected configuration is still VPNJT. If route names haven’t changed, the update may still have succeeded; check the client’s update status. If an error appears, save its text and include it in a support ticket.

Do I need to choose a new plan when I switch devices?

VPNJT has no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, so switching devices alone does not mean you need a new plan. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Sign in to the same account on your new device, get the client from the relevant platform page and import your subscription. When multiple devices use one account, keep an eye on the account’s remaining data and plan status. No device limit does not mean unlimited data. When you stop using an old device, remove its local subscription configuration and sign out. If you’ve handed the device to someone else, check whether your credentials are still saved and use the panel to address any account security concerns.

What should I do if my subscription link is exposed or I import the wrong configuration?

Your subscription link is an account credential. Don’t include it in public screenshots, group chats or shared documents. If you imported the wrong configuration, first check which account it came from, delete the incorrect configuration, then get the right subscription from the user panel. If you think your link has been exposed, check whether the panel offers a subscription reset option. If you can’t find one, open a support ticket and ask for help. After a reset, import the new subscription on your devices or replace the old link; simply updating the old link may not work. Before sharing a screenshot, hide your full link, password and sensitive payment details.

Connection Issues

Check in this order: your internet connection, subscription configuration, proxy mode, then the target app. Change one setting at a time and save any error messages.

The client says it’s connected, but websites won’t load. What should I do?

A connected status only means the local connection process has started; it doesn’t guarantee that a particular website is reachable. Disconnect the proxy first and check whether regular websites load. If your basic internet connection is down, troubleshoot your local network. Then reconnect, make sure you’ve selected an active subscription and a specific route, and try another route. If regular sites work but one target site doesn’t, check the client’s proxy mode and whether it manages the app you’re using. Browser cache, an incorrect system clock and other networking tools can also affect access. Note the affected site, platform, route name and error message so support can distinguish a local configuration issue from a problem with the target service.

Why does my browser work, but a particular app won’t use the proxy?

Apps vary in how they support system proxy settings, so a working browser doesn’t mean every app uses the same connection path. Check whether the client is using rule-based routing or global proxy mode, and make sure rules aren’t sending the target app or domain direct. If the client offers a system tunnel mode, follow its instructions to check permissions and whether the mode is enabled. Avoid repeatedly switching between modes. Some apps keep old connections open, so fully quit and reopen the app after changing settings. If the problem persists, include the app name, platform, current mode and error message in a support ticket. Don’t send app passwords or screenshots of private conversations.

What should I do if importing a subscription fails or the route list is empty?

First, check your plan status in the user panel. Then make sure the copied subscription link is complete and doesn’t contain extra spaces, line breaks or symbols added by a chat app. Get your subscription from the panel; don’t use a publicly shared link. Check that your client supports the import method, then try again on a network that can access the panel. If you’ve reset the subscription, the old link may no longer work; replace it with the new one. If the route list is empty, don’t assume every route is down. Save the client’s import message and update result, then tell support whether the issue occurred while retrieving, importing or updating the subscription.

My connection keeps dropping. What should I check first?

First, check whether disconnects happen when your device sleeps, switches networks or sends the app to the background. If so, check whether the system restricts background activity or whether the client has the necessary network permissions. Temporarily quit other proxy or network management tools to avoid conflicts over system settings. Stay on the same network and try another route, then test again on a different network. Change one thing at a time. Don’t reinstall the client, replace the subscription and change all your rules at once, or it will be hard to find the cause. In your support ticket, describe what you were doing before and after the disconnect, and include the route name and client message.

For support troubleshooting, include your device platform, network, route name, proxy mode, target app, error message and steps you’ve already tried. Share only information relevant to the issue.

Speed & Routes

Choose routes based on the apps you use, not just the region name or a single status indicator. Keep test conditions consistent when comparing routes.

How can I fix video buffering or slow AI pages during peak hours?

First, check whether your entire connection is slow or just the target service. Pause local downloads, cloud sync and other bandwidth-heavy tasks, then compare routes in the same app. Try an IEPL dedicated route or a route in another region, but don’t judge performance by geographic distance alone. If video plays but keeps buffering, temporarily lower the quality to check whether the issue is sustained throughput. If an AI page loads but replies are slow, the platform itself may be taking longer to process requests; the route isn’t necessarily the cause. Include the test time, target service, selected route and what you observed in your support ticket. That’s more useful than simply saying the connection is slow.

How do I choose between IEPL, relay and direct routes?

Route types describe how a connection is routed; they aren’t a speed ranking that applies to every network. An IEPL dedicated route is worth comparing when you need a sustained connection. Relay routes forward traffic through an intermediate path, so performance depends on both the entry point and the onward connection. Direct routes are more affected by the path from your local carrier to the destination region. VPNJT covers 110+ countries / 250+ routes. Choose based on the target service’s region and test results on your local network. Keep routes that work well for your usual apps and have other route types ready to switch to. Routes with similar names can perform differently, so judge them by the results on your device.

Why are downloads and video still slow when latency is low?

Latency measures the wait for a request and response. Downloads and streaming depend more on sustained transfer capacity, so they’re different metrics. A route may respond quickly to small requests but still be affected during sustained transfers by your local network, the target server or a shared link. Test with the app you actually use instead of choosing a route based only on the client’s ranking. Keep the device, network and target content the same during comparisons, and pause background transfers. If downloads work but video buffers, check the platform’s quality settings and service status. Route status lists can help with route selection, but they don’t guarantee the same experience in every app.

Will switching regions change streaming content or access to AI tools?

Switching routes changes your network exit region, but it doesn’t necessarily change your platform account’s region, plan access or payment region. Streaming content may depend on the exit region, account status and platform rules. AI tools may also have their own account eligibility requirements. First confirm that the platform supports the feature you need, then choose a route in a matching region and reopen the app to check. Avoid repeatedly changing your account region or payment details just to test, as this may create account issues. If you see a regional restriction message, save its exact wording and note the route region. VPNJT route subscriptions don’t include memberships for these platforms or replace their account reviews.

Billing & Refunds

Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date. Data packages last until used and never expire. Manage payments, plan changes and refunds through the user panel.

What monthly plans are available, and when does data reset?

Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month for 60GB · ¥18/month for 250GB · ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on your activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated for the remaining days. Choose based on the apps you use and your actual usage in the panel, not just the number of devices. Unlimited simultaneous devices does not mean unlimited data. To check your reset date, see the plan details in your account; don’t assume every account resets at the start of the calendar month. Before upgrading, check the order and change details shown in the panel. Your plan status is confirmed in the panel after payment. If anything looks wrong, submit a support ticket with your order details.

What’s the difference between a data package and a monthly plan?

Data packages: ¥158/300GB · ¥358/1000GB · ¥658/3000GB. Data is available until used and never expires. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date; a data package is suited to usage that varies over time. Choose based on your usage habits. A data package doesn’t renew with the same allowance each month, and unused monthly plan data isn’t kept indefinitely. If you already have a plan, check the change details in the panel before switching. The available information doesn’t specify whether plans can be combined, so don’t assume old and new allowances will be added together. If you’re unsure, confirm through a support ticket before choosing.

What payment methods are supported, and what if my plan status doesn’t update after payment?

VPNJT supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Before paying, check your plan, amount and order status in the user panel, and follow the payment steps shown there. If your payment service shows the payment as complete but your plan status hasn’t changed, return to the order page to see whether the order is still pending, then refresh your account information. Don’t create the same order repeatedly before confirming its status, or it may be hard to match payments to orders. If the issue persists, submit a support ticket with the order ID, payment method and a screenshot of the status. Hide sensitive information in screenshots. Don’t rely only on a browser redirect to confirm activation; check the order and plan status in the panel.

How do I request a refund within the 60-day no-questions-asked period?

VPNJT offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund. To request one, sign in to the user panel and open a support ticket. Clearly state that you’re requesting a refund and include the relevant order ID and payment method so the transaction can be checked. Before submitting, read the refund policy and terms of service for the full details. The help center makes no additional promises about fees, processing times or payment provider timelines. If you’re also having connection issues, you can include them as troubleshooting details, but make your refund request clear rather than reporting only that you can’t connect. Follow up in the same ticket and provide any requested information. Don’t share your password or full subscription link publicly.
