Service Scope

VPNJT provides international route connections, subscription management, and access to client downloads, covering 110+ countries / 250+ routes and supporting Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Valid plans are required to access official client downloads. Subscription details are available after logging in.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and never expire. Plan prices and data allowances are as shown on the Plans page and for the selected tier at checkout. The subscription does not include memberships to third-party websites, content licenses, or licenses for third-party software.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required for an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your password, subscription link, and login credentials secure. Do not post them on public pages, in groups, or in code repositories. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and submit a ticket for assistance.

VPNJT supports unlimited simultaneous devices for use by the account holder. This does not permit reselling or renting an account, or sharing a subscription with others. Accounts must not be used as public connection gateways, and the service must not be provided to third parties by splitting traffic or reselling routes. Users are responsible for managing their own devices and authorized activity.

Lawful Use

Users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and of any region involved in their activities, as well as the terms of use and content licensing requirements of the websites they access. The service must not be used for unlawful purposes, including online fraud, invasion of privacy, distribution of unlawful content, unauthorized system access, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Do not use routes to send spam, launch network attacks, distribute malicious software, or disrupt other users' connections. Automated tools may be used only with appropriate authorization and in compliance with the access rules of the target service. VPNJT provides network connectivity but does not grant permission to use third-party accounts, content, or interfaces.

Availability and Liability

Connection quality depends on local networks, carrier routing, device settings, route maintenance, and the rules of target platforms. VPNJT may adjust routes for maintenance, security measures, or changes to upstream resources. Available regions and routes are those shown in the user panel; access to every website or piece of content is not guaranteed at all times.

Third-party platforms may change account region, payment rules, and access requirements at their discretion. VPNJT does not control their decisions. Users should keep their own copies of important data and should not rely on this service as the sole connection option for critical operations. Liability is determined under applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit rights users are entitled to under applicable law.

Account Suspension and Termination

If there is unlawful use, resale or sharing, an attack, account theft, or another serious breach of these terms, VPNJT may suspend relevant connections or account features based on the risk and decide whether to terminate the service after verification. A necessary security restriction does not constitute a final determination that a violation occurred.

During the review, users may provide further information or raise an objection through a ticket. VPNJT will review relevant records; features may be restored if the risk is resolved and use complies with the rules. Order issues arising from suspension or termination are handled under applicable law and the Refund Policy.

Changes to These Terms and Policy Guidance

VPNJT may update these terms to reflect service changes, legal requirements, or security needs, and will update the date on this page. Changes affecting users' main rights and obligations will be announced on the website or in the user panel. Updates will not retroactively remove rights users have acquired under applicable law. If you disagree with an update, submit a ticket to discuss how it applies.
