This policy explains what information VPNJT processes, why it is used, and how it is retained when providing subscription services, managing accounts, and operating this website. Website analytics and data used to operate network acceleration routes are handled separately. Website analytics are not used to build records of users' browsing activity.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNJT processes usernames, password verification data, account status, and subscription entitlements to authenticate users and deliver the service. Email is optional for registration. If a user voluntarily provides an email address or other contact details in a support ticket, they are used only to handle that request. Do not submit personal information unrelated to the issue.
Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, transaction identifier, payment status, and refund processing records. They are used to confirm payments, verify subscription entitlements, and resolve billing disputes. Account traffic usage and reset status are used for billing and quota management; these records do not include websites visited or the contents of communications.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling
VPNJT follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users visit or retain browsing histories, communication contents, or activity logs linking accounts to destinations. Traffic quota statistics are used only to calculate usage and are not used to reconstruct browsing activity.
Temporary connection states needed to operate the service are used only as required for session handling and recovery from faults. They are cleared when no longer needed and are not retained as a persistent connection history. Service maintenance uses operational metrics that are not linked to personal browsing activity. Before submitting screenshots of technical issues or client diagnostic data, users should conceal subscription links, login credentials, and unrelated content. Ticket attachments are managed as support materials and are not turned into browsing activity records.
Website Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, traffic sources, device categories, and clicks on entry points so we can troubleshoot page issues and improve content organization. Analytics cover interactions with the official website and do not extend to international websites accessed through the service. Analytics data is not combined with browsing activity during a subscription.
Cookies and local storage are used to maintain login status and save language preferences and necessary interface settings. Users can restrict or clear this data in their browser settings. Clearing login credentials may require logging in again, while restricting storage may affect panel functionality. Logging out and clearing browser storage do not automatically delete orders or account data held on the service's servers.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
VPNJT supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment confirmation and transaction processing are handled by the relevant third-party payment service or transaction network, and their rules also apply to the associated data. VPNJT receives the transaction identifier and payment result needed to verify an order; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords in support tickets.
Payment screenshots should include only the information needed to verify an order. VPNJT does not sell account data. When data must be disclosed to verify a payment, meet necessary legal obligations, or respond to a lawful request, disclosure is limited to what is needed for that purpose. Review the data handling rules of third-party services before using them.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while the account is used to provide the service. Order and refund records are retained as required for settlement, dispute handling, and applicable laws. Support materials are deleted or de-identified after a request is resolved and no further review is needed. Website analytics are deleted or aggregated when their analytical purpose has ended. Retention is limited to actual purposes and applicable obligations; there is no single arbitrary retention period.
Users can log in to the panel and submit access, correction, or deletion requests through the support ticket portal. VPNJT will verify account ownership and explain what can be handled. Deleting an account may affect subscription use. Records still needed for settlement or required by law cannot be deleted along with an account request; they will be handled after those purposes have ended.
Policy Updates and Privacy Inquiries
VPNJT will update this page and the last-updated month if the purposes of processing, types of data, or third-party arrangements change. Significant changes will be announced on the website or in the panel. New uses of data are not automatically authorized by an earlier policy; any matter requiring user confirmation will be explained separately.
